Melissa’s mindful flow will get you over the mid-week hump with a renewed body and mind. Listening to our bodies through the marriage of breath and movement, we explore moving through postures with grace and strength. This class will intertwine mantra, pranayama, and mindful vinyasa flow and finish with yoga postures that are long held and prop supported to bring ease, energy and respite into your life.
"I have now attended 4 of 5 of Melissa's Yang Yin yoga classes on Wednesday evenings. I am so grateful for the inviting atmosphere of this class and it has been such a great part of my weeks for the past month... Melissa is such a warm-hearted, loving, encouraging yoga teacher.
