Understanding props for: hypermobiliy, inflexibility, injuries and the weekend warriors. A sustainable approach to yoga asana.
Props are more than blocks. let’s use them to inform work or new sensation in the body, cultivate an eye for various students body proportions and what variations might work best for them and learn sequencing for functional movement based in biomechanics and yogic principals.
