It's easy. Simply journal privately or blog, FB post , tweet, Instagram... 5 things you're grateful for every single day for 30 days beginning Nov 1st. (If you're joining us mid-month... great! start now! never too late to have a heart of gratitude.)
For an extra boost of serotonin, choose one of those things you're grateful for and explain why you're thankful. Putting words to the feeling increases your happiness! Grateful heart + sharing thanksgiving & why = more joy!
As a bonus... write at least 4 letters this month (hand written, then mail it) to people who have made a difference in your life and shown you radical love.
Could be your fourth grade teacher who saw your talents for art, your neighbor that always smiles and waves to you, a friend who is always there for you no matter what, or a loved one who shares in your life every single day. You get the idea... 4 letters sent "snail mail" (in the post box) to those who you've been meaning to thank. NOW is the time.
